Do you have experience with international logistic tasks? Do you enjoy managing and maintaining spare parts logistics inquiries? Then you may be the person we are looking for.

 

As Logistic Assistant you will be a part of an Order Fulfilment Team which consists of 8 colleagues in Denmark.

The headquarters are in Tinglev, close to the German/Danish border, however there are colleagues operating everywhere in the world.

Its an international role you will be fulfilling and you will enjoy the advantages of an international environment combined with local roots, The workplace is based on an informal tone and a very supportive atmosphere, including a flexible work environment.

The Position

Your responsibilities are:

•Maintenance of spare part logistics enquiries, both internal and external

•Booking customer and distribution orders

•Coordinating supply and transport of spare parts in regard to retrofit programs

•Participate in solving new logistic assignment

You will report directly to the Order Fulfilment Manager As international Logistic Assistant

Your profile

Ideally, you have an educational background within logistics or freight forwarding and several years of working experiences.

Furthermore, experiences with claiming lost cargo would be an advantage.

Possessing special certificates like IATA, ADR and IMDG would be greatly beneficial.

You can navigate easily in IT programs and enjoy communicating with people around the globe.

On a personal level you are structured and self-driven. You have a keen eye for details without losing the bigger overview on tasks.
Furthermore, you have the ability to plan and coordinate processes and assignments.

Practical information

The position is full time for 1 year.

We are looking for someone who can start in september and applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis until we find the right candidate.

Workhours are Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 16.00 (Friday 15.30), with the possibility of working from home 1 day a week after onboarding is completed.
